Eriez' broad range of Plate Magnets remove unwanted ferrous metals, protect equipment from damage or improve the downstream processing purity of your product. Five magnetic strengths. Install in chutes, feed tables and over conveyor belts. Sizes from 4 to 72-inches (102 to 1828mm). Available in stainless steel and sanitary construction, with tapered steps and removable face plates.

Xtreme® Rare Earth Plate Magnet

Xtreme Rare Earth Plate Magnets dramatically improve the depth of field and suface holding power of even a Rare Earth Plate Magnet.

SuperStrength Rare Earth Plates

Eriez strongest permanent plate magnet uses Rare Earth magnet material to remove fine and weakly magnetic contamination like rust and abraded metal from shallow flows as material cascades down a sloped chute. These units are common to most food and pharmaceutical applications.

Superpower Plate Magnets

Ceramic plate magnet designed to grab tramp metal as material cascades down a sloped chute. The Superpower plate creates a magnetic field that projects approximately 2-3 inches (51-75mm) into a burden to remove chunks of tramp metal like tools or large nuts and bolts.

Maxipower Plate Magnets

Ceramic plate magnet designed to grab tramp metal as material cascades down a sloped chute. The Maxipower plate is larger than our Superpower plate creating a magnetic field that projects approximately 3-4 inches(75-102mm)into a burden to remove smaller more difficult to remove tramp metal like staples or nails.

Brutepower Plate Magnets

Ceramic plate magnet that projects a deep magnetic field into a conveyed material burden to remove large tramp metal. Typically suspended 4 to 5 inches (102-127 mm) over a belt conveyor or stainless steel vibratory feeder.

SuperBrute Plate Magnets

Ceramic plate magnet that projects a deep magnetic field into a conveyed material burden to remove large tramp metal. Typically suspended up to 6 inches (152 mm) over a belt conveyor or stainless steel vibratory feeder.
